Based on user feedback of frustration finding where to create reports, the VIEW & CREATE menu has been separated into two menus:
 and  . When the CREATE menu is selected, you can go directly to the create screen and by-pass the view page. The CREATE menu pulldown options include: Applicant Match, Career Path, Custom Interviewing Questions, Job Model, Side-by-Side, Survey Link and TeamScan.Where to find: Main menu bar
