Too often a group of people thrown together in an office environment is considered "a team" without any forethought about the group’s make-up, its purpose, or the intended outcomes.
Through this Building High-Performance Teams PowerApp workshop, all the guesswork is removed. Team members are given the opportunity to define what type of team they are, to quantify the group’s culture, and to identify its purpose. Ultimately, however, the participants create a quantifiable action plan designed to measurably increase the team’s effectiveness.
This workshop utilizes the TeamScan reports. Facilitation typically requires 5-8 hours broken up into four sessions.
