- How to streamline high-volume hiring processes
Jacaruso Enterprises, founded in 2007, provides hotel sales and revenue management services with a fully remote workforce. With more than 100 salespeople, 20–30 support staff, and up to 50 applicants per week, the company needed a reliable way to assess talent quickly and accurately.
PDP ProScan had already become a core part of Jacaruso’s hiring and employee development processes, helping identify communication styles, motivators, and predictors of success. But accessing PDP results required extra steps—manually opening files or switching platforms—which slowed down recruiters reviewing dozens of candidates a day.
As hiring volume grew alongside industry demand, Jacaruso needed an efficient way to embed PDP insights directly into their day-to-day workflow.
The Solution
- Integrating PDP ProScan insights with Salesforce
PDP Global partnered with Jacaruso to integrate ProScan data directly into Salesforce, the company’s primary CRM and applicant tracking platform.
With the API integration (Sample option B), ProScan results are now immediately visible inside Salesforce records, providing recruiters with quick snapshots of applicants’ natural styles and behavioral profiles. This allows hiring managers to instantly evaluate whether a candidate fits preferred behavioral ranges for vastly different roles like hotel sales versus IT support, without leaving their core system.

The Implementation
During Jacaruso’s contract renewal, PDP Global President Brent W. Hubby shared the latest integration advancements using PDP's Client APIs (Sample option B) with Salesforce. Excited by the opportunity, Natalee, Jacaruso’s Director of Talent & Wellness, quickly connected her IT team with PDP’s technical team to bring it to life.
The process was fast and completed in just a few days between contract renewal and rollout. Once enabled, PDP data began flowing securely into Salesforce, requiring no major changes to existing workflows.

In the early days, Jacaruso used PDP on an ad hoc basis, running assessments only after strong screening interviews. Today, PDP is built into the core application process, and every candidate completes a ProScan. HPOne’s retention skyrocketed by 20% to a staggering 80% rate after using the PDP People Management System to make the right hires from the start and intervene with employees close to quitting to support them. Of the 6% of the workforce identified as close to burning out during peak season, managers successfully intervened to retain every single one of them, contributing to a total 50% reduction in turnover costs.

Because recruiters could utilize PDP JobScan models to make informed hiring decisions, HPOne knew a 70% candidate match or higher would succeed in the role and perform well under the stress of the busy period. The Hiring Manager no longer needed to interview and give final approval for each of their 1,100 hires. When retroactively analyzing profiles of low performers hired before PDP Global was incorporated into the hiring process, HPOne determined that 75% wouldn’t have been hired in the first place had PDP job modeling been used.
